The same $60 charge applies to picking up a computer to be repaired and INCLUDES delivering the repaired computer system back to you. Virus removal, data backups, data restoration, and laptop hardware repair will generally need to be performed "in-shop" due to the long amount of time required or the resources needed to fix your system.

Average Turn-Around Time / Completion Time
Average turn-around time is within 24 hours. Many types of computer repairs, if started early enough, can be finished within the same day!
If your computer repair requires replacement parts, there may be a 4-7 day time frame (not including holidays or weekends). When your part arrives your computer will be repaired promptly.
Computer Hard Drive Data Backup and Restore Services
It is the customer's responsibility to routinely back up their important data. Aaron's PC Support takes all necessary precautions while fulfilling your computer's needs; however, data loss can be caused by many things such as viruses or hardware failure. Aaron's PC Support is not, and cannot, be held liable in any way for lost data or time/income lost from having your computer serviced.
